A heart for children, a love for the water, and a mission rooted in safety.

Before stepping into the pool as an instructor, Nicole spent many years in the corporate world building a career in sales, finance, operations, client relationships, and leadership. Her work required strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, trust-building, and the ability to guide people through important decisions with confidence and care.

Nicole has lived abroad in Switzerland, traveled the world, and developed a deep appreciation for different cultures, families, and ways of life. As a mom, she understands how much parents carry and how important it is to feel confident in the people they trust with their child’s safety.

Her passion for ISR began as a parent. After watching her own child make remarkable progress through ISR compared to traditional swim lessons, Nicole saw firsthand how powerful individualized survival swim instruction could be.

Today, Tadpole Tikes Swim Academy exists because Nicole believes children are capable, families deserve trustworthy guidance, and water safety should be approached with both skill and heart.
